Lawyer Sentenced for Medical Fraud in Barcelona

A Barcelona lawyer has been sentenced to two years in prison for falsifying medical reports to defraud the Social Security of €361,425. The case involved 16 legal proceedings and resulted in a significant reduction of the initial sentence.
